From the "I° International Conference on Art Investments" held in San Marino in 2001 to today, Ce.St.Art. has always worked in this long period to give greater transparency and reliability to the Art Market through analysis, studies, public meetings, publications and media participations.

The action to stimulate greater transparency and reliability of the market was pursued by Ce.St.Art. since the years 2010/2011 when the two dossiers White Paper - Survey and Analysis of the Auction Market (italian langauge) and Incorrect attribution - Survey on the authentication method (italian language) were presented, studying in depth the presence of monopolies that managed the International Art Market in order to ensure greater profits at the expense of buyers, thus contributing to create more and more disinformation and an increasingly strong disorientation.

For these reasons, in 2022 Ce.St.Art. has decided, in its peculiar independence and its characteristic originality of proposals, to develop and present a "Reliability Index - IdArt" of the lots offered in auction sales so that collectors, museums and investors can have a transparent parameter to decide their acquisition choices beyond the information given in clear conflict of interest by the "seller" who, by now a monopolist, has also occupied the role of historical / artistic guarantor.

The Reliability Index - IdArt is built on a range of historical / artistic and economic parameters taken from public sources and processed in total autonomy.
